Rob
Rice, Owner Rob began his construction businesses with Gemini Development Corporation and has grown to have an ownership interest in multiple companies – each focusing on a particular neighborhood or community. Rob also discovered that in order to provide customers with the best buying experience, real estate agents trained specifically to market new construction was key. In 1989, Rob and his business partner founded Epic Realty, Inc. to exclusively market homes built by the Gemini family of companies. Creating a Gemini neighborhood is a 5 step process – development of the land, construction of the houses, sales of the homes, maintenance of the neighborhood's common areas, and customer warranty service. Rob, his partners and each employee strives to make each step a benefit for our homeowners – creating value and beauty in our neighborhoods that stand the test of time. Rob is involved in numerous activities in the community including the Olympia Master Builders and the Thurston Economic Development Council as a long-time board member of each. Rob is a 1985 graduate of Washington State University with degrees in construction management and architecture. He and his wife, Helena, make their home in Olympia with their son, Alex Michael. The main office for Gemini Corporation is located at 1868 State Avenue NE in Olympia. |
