To make this a reality, Rob Rice involves himself in every aspect of land acquisition, planning, site development, new home construction and real estate sales.
In order to provide customers with the best buying experience, real estate agents trained specifically for new developments, was key and so Rob founded Epic Realty, Inc. to market Rob Rice Homes and the new home communities.

Landmark Homes Inc.
A strategic partnership with Landmark Homes for the communities of Stadium Estates and Holloway Springs has resulted in a strong alliance with new homebuilder David Litowitz.
Founder of Landmark Homes, David Litowitz began his building industry career in 1974 when he was involved in the many aspects of commercial, residential and retail building construction. By 1980, he opened his own company with a diverse construction portfolio that included everything from commercial to multi-family dwellings and from affordable to custom built projects. Today, Landmark is primarily focused on communities for first time buyers. The goal is to provide affordable, low maintenance homes and neighborhoods that are “green” and energy efficiency.

Heading the Epic Realty team is Washington Real Estate Broker, Kim Showalter who began her career with new homebuilder Rob Rice when the company opened in the Thurston County area in 1989. Today Kim Showalter’s credentials include the designation as a Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), a licensed Washington Realtor, a Washington real estate broker, and a distinguished graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI).
When asked about her motivation and passion in the Washington real estate market, she said, “I really enjoy hearing the positive stories that our home buyers share with us on a regular basis.
